A round white pill 28th NT on One side and a check Mark on the other side ## Hi Chuck, Does the check mark happen to look anything like a cursive or italicized "V"? I know that Qualitest (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals) produces products that carry this type of logo, which is what had me curious about your pill... Also, where did you get it from if you don't mind my asking? A pill's origin (whether it be from the internet, an old pharmacy script, found on the sidewalk, etc) may say a lot about its integrity and how much you can probably trust it to be anything of significance. This leads me to my next thought which if possible would be to have it analyzed by a lab as a last resort, if you felt like someone's safety might've been in jeopardy due to this unknown ... ...

54 but they are broke in half. Its not smooth on the other side there is a line right threw the middle of the opposite side. What is this, please help ## Hi Dan, From your description the closest match I'm seeing online is a white round pill marked with 54 111 on one side and scored on the other. It contains 250mgs of Mefloquine; which is used to prevent and treat malaria. Had there been no score line I would've thought this to be a generic Subutex tablet, since it shares the same imprint 54 411. But if you could double check the "4" to make sure it's not a "1" that would confirm whether or not Mefloquine is a prime suspect. One thing is for sure though, and that is that the manufacturer of both of these pills starting with 54 and followed by three digits is ... ...

I'm not finding any listings for this in the prescription drug databases that I've checked. And being as the first post in this thread was from 2011, that leads me to suspect that it's probably an over the counter medication of some type and some of them are regional, which may help to narrow it down. There is also a small chance that it could be a fore... ...

Identify a pill found in our home - help please ... We have a teenage son, and recently found a white, circular pill on the floor which has the marking on it (including the bracets). We have tried the usual ID sites but cannot find it anywhere. Obviously we are concerned as to what it is. ## Sorry, the post above was missing the critical info, the marking type. The marking is an F enclosed in greater than/less than brackets, <F>. Thanks ## This one has been a challenge to find so far. Unfortunately I can't provide a definite ID at this point, but some research revealed that it is most likely from the UK. Is that where you are located? Any other clues which you can post? Please let us all know if you have any other information. ## I checked several databases and cannot find a... ...

Round White Pill With 5 Over 73
2 Replies RSS
What type of pill is this. It is round, white and has a 5 above the line and a 73 below the line. ## After trying several variations of "5 73" I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you find this pill off the street by chance? Hopefully someone else on here has some information on it.... ...

I found a small, white round pill with the numbers 210. There are no other markings on it what so ever. I have see others with 210 and other markings, but this has nothing on it at all other than 210 Can anyone help me to identify it?? ## I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for a tablet that just has 210 on it, either, in any of our prescription drug resources. Where was it found/obtained? With just the marking 210, this leads me to suspect that it is probably some type of over the counter medication, however, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else know what this is? ## I have the same pill, purchased from Osco Drug--it is amlodipine 5mg. I was checking it out, because usually my script is a smaller, white pill ## Thank you, Bonnie... ...

I bought what is allegedly clomid. They are white circular pills with ALP on one side and nothing on the other side. Does anyone know of any Clomid that fits this description. White circle shaped pill, "ALP" on one side.nothing on the other. ## What country is it from? Clomid should contain the active ingredient Clomiphene, it is used to induce ovulation. The only tablets that I am familiar with that have the ALP marking, with nothing else on them, are from South Africa. There is one that meets this description, but they contain Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. However, if you can post back with what country they are from, I can check and see if I can find out anything else. ...

I found some pills in my cabinet that are small, white, round with 4617 on one side. The other side was blank. What could these be? ## I'm betting that if you flip the pill around, you'll see that the marking is actually L194. Can you check on that please? If so, this is a 20mg Famotidine tablet, which is a generic or store brand of Pepcid that's used to treat or prevent heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis. Learn more Famotidine details here. Is this something you've ever purchased? ## All the small white pill has on one side is 4617 . I need to know what kinda pill this is ## Thanks. That's what it is L194. I appreciate it. ...

I'm sorry, but I don't see a listing in the NIH databases for a round tablet with this marking. Could you please double check and post back? I do see one for a tablet with a marking of IP 135 that is round, and white, which is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals, they list it as containing 200mgs of Ibuprofen, which is used to treat pain, fever, and headache. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. ## Allopurinol. Little white pill says g 65on one other side is clear ## Hello, Joe! How are you? I think what you're looking at may be a stylized E. Can you please double check? It does resemble an angular capital G. If the marking is E 65 the tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Clonazepam. unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Good Luck Bobby ## From what I could gather, This white round pill marked "N" over "25" on one side, contains a combination of 25mg Ephedrine + 200mg Guaifenesin made by PDK Labs.
