I FOUND SOME PILL IN A PRESCRIPTION BOTTLE LABELED ACETAMINOPHEN 500 MG DATED BACK IN 1992. THE PILLS ARE SMALL WHITE ROUND PILL WITH IMPRINT "MINI THIN" ON ONE SIDE AND NOTHING ON OTHER SIDE. I found this site to further understand a product I purchased yesterday at a truck-stop. Its a six pack of caffeine tablets with the imprint MW 200 on one side and in fourths on the other. The name of the tab is Xtreme PEPTIME Mini-white. I hope that answers your questions. ## Thanks for sharing your finding. It can sometimes be really difficult to locate a lot of these over the counter supplements online, so having other people post it like this is very helpful! After a bit of research, I can also verify that the imprint "MW 200" on a white round pill, is an 'Xtreme Peptime Mini-White High Energy Pill' containing 200mgs of caffeine. To the people in here that say "there is no way to confirm if the pills are in fact alprazolam "XANAX" without a lab. OMFG! REALLY? I don't wanna tick anyone off but there is in fact a sure fire way to tell. at least in my case. I have ptsd and have been on them for 20 + years. i also take them strange i guess. I place them under my tongue to dissolve. the reason i mention this is because Xanax has a VERY distinct taste. Even after all this time, i am not used to it. bottom line. If it taste like Xanax then it IS Xanax. Hope that helps. ## I think the real question is, why would you risk putting a foreign object in your mouth that you can't identify prior to tasting it (especially if it dissolves the instant it touches your tongue)? You might as well just ingest the ...

It is not marketed in the U.S. and is commonly sold in Mexico. What is this??? It has 371 on one side and nothing on the other side .. White Round and small ## Oxycodone 20 mg -;percocet ## Oxycodone (brand name Percocet 20 mg ## This tablet does contain 20mgs of Oxycodone, as has been stated, but it would not be a generic for Percocet. It is actually a generic for Roxicodone. Percocet contains Oxycodone coupled with Acetaminophen and it is not available in a 20mg dosage. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## where did you get it? ## actually they do come in 20 mg and with tylenol included in them now. they are oxycodone 20/325 meaning that they have 20 mg of oxycodone and 325 ...

Pill in blister pak showing imprint of apo 018) pill is white and round. One side has no markings at all. Blister pak states manufactured for Apotex in Canada, but Apotex per phone conversation has no such pill in white and round. Please advise ## I found your pill, the only difference is that it's green not white. It has APO 018 on it, it's round, and it was also manufactured by Apotex Corp. This pill is Cimetidine 200 mg, Cimetidine is largely used in the treatment of heartburn and peptic ulcers. Are there any ingredients listed on the blister pack? These were given to me as Tylenol #4, however I cannot find the information on them anywhere... I have went to "Pill finder" and others with no luck. There is no score on them, and they have on one side only the number 437. The other side is perfectly flat and smooth. Oh and the pills are medium (Average) in size and have a small bevel around the edges... They are about the thickness of an aspirin... Can anyone help? ## The only white tablet that I can find with 437 on it, and no scoring, is listed as containing 20mgs of Olmesartan, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. Inactive Ingredients: - Carnauba Wax - Starch, Corn - Hypromelloses - Polyethylene Glycols - Povidones - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## I believe your pill is Acetaminophen 325mg, Dextromethorphan 15mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, phenylephrine 5mg, which are active ingredients in Cold PE Severe Congestion, an OTC combo. #...

What is this pill? ## I dont know either i have one like that but i think iy might just be an altoids mint ## The Altoid Sugar Free white peppermint tablets do have a capital A on one side and blank on the other, but are also depicted as being square in shape. So I don't know if Altoid makes round pills, but it might be worth looking into as a last resort... Is there any indication or faint sign of another imprint besides the A? I'm only curious because there are other possible matches that come close. @Nathan- Whereabouts did you get your pill from? I have found a white round tablet P20 embossed on one side the other side scored in half - what is it and what would it be taken for please? ## Hello, The closest match I've been able to find is Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (5 mg). It is a white round pill with the imprint IP over 203 on the front and a score on the back. Maybe the I and the 3 got rubbed off at some point? Want to know what pill is white round with P on one side and 425 on the other ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "PE 425" rather than "P 425". This pill is also white, but it doesn't specify its shape. The pill I just described is identified as Durahist PE; which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and rhinitis. Durahist PE contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (1.25 mg) + Phenylephrine (20 mg) The manufacturer of this specific pill is ProEthic Laboratories LLC. If this does not match your pill, is there any possibility that the marking has simply been misread? If not, hopefully you can use this information help narrow down your search.

I found a white round pill that looks like a percocet blank on one side but its cut in half so I can read all the number all I can see is a symbol looking like this & and the numbers 60. Not really sure what it is. ## Hi Tasha, With only half a pill/imprint all we can really do is speculate here, but this pill does seem similar to an "M360" generic Norco tablet by Mallinckrodt, which contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone + 750mg of Acetaminophen (a dosage they don't make anymore due to new restrictions on the amount of Acetaminophen companies can use). So if this is your pill by chance, then it would've been manufactured prior to Jan 2014 when this law went into effect. And even if this isn't your pill, I think it may still be worth contacting Mallinckrodt directly to s...

Apart from the title description, they are slightly larger than your average pill I would say. They are obviously foreign, based on the fact that there is no sort of number or imprint on them. On the bottle I was given them in, the ID# is 200658, but I'm not able to find anything with the searches I've done. Anyone have any idea on the dosage of them? ## I can't find anything listed under that number, either, which is understandable, because most of those are internal control numbers that are unique to the pharmacy, doctor or whatever they were dispensed from. Without any markings or an NDC number, I am afraid it is going to be very difficult to discover their dosage. They have, however, been asked about before and that person also identified them as Percocet, they just coul...

I believe it may be from another country. Possibly thailand or afghanistan ## Hi, Penny! Where did you find it? I'm sorry, but so far, I haven't been able to find anything. The main problem is that the databases are for U.S. approved medications, because most other countries don't regulate their pharmaceutical items as strictly as the FDA does here and they don't usually require unique imprints like the U.S. does. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? I'll keep looking and post back when I find something. ## Actually a friend gave it to me and said it was Tramadol. Im not sure if he got it in Afghanistan or Thailand. He says it"s 200 mg. But I don't want to to try something that I'm sure what it is. I do take tramadol. Not sure what to do. ## Hello penn...

looking for some kind of pill that looks like a oxycodone 20mg,they look lite gray, small round,4 a count, ## I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at here. Are you simply trying to identify a pill that looks like it might be an Oxycodone? Or are you trying to find a pill to replace someone else's Oxycodone? Hopefully not the latter of the two - for karma's sake, but if you can post back with anymore details that would be great! ## You aren't going to find any that are going to fool someone that's used to what the pills should look like. 2 on one side 2 on other side m little round and white ## There is no 20mg available on the U.S. market. Percocet contains the active ingredients Oxycodone, and Acetaminophen, and the maximum dosage of it available contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. I did check the databases and there is nothing listed with this marking, among any medications. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Is anyone else familiar with this tablet?
