Hi. I've found a round white pill with P500 imprint one one side and the other side is smooth. The imprint is divided by a line where P is above the line and 500 is below the line, no idea what it is. My RX always reads 30mg phenobarbital (54 years now). I see I am now taking 32.4mg. Pharmacy claims only pheno. available is 32.4mg. Is there a difference? It is still the same medication, it's just that many other dosages have been removed from the market. Are you doing well on the 32.4? ## Yes. No problems since Aug. 2008. I found a white round pill that says "Citra" on one side and "50" on the other. I’m thinking it’s Tramadol, but can’t find any images on the web.
