No, they aren't fake, they are exactly what they were intended to be, 325mg Acetaminophen tablets. Whoever said they were Percocet either lied or didn't really know what they were. I have found a round white pill with the numbers 44 104 the 44 is over top of the 104 and it is blank on the back with a cut in the middle. I have done some research on it and im a little confused at to wrather it is a Percocet ot over the counter Tylenol. It's a white round pill. With 44/104 Scored on that side. Nothing on other side. Is it percocet? ## Hi Brandi, This is NOT Percocet. The round white pill you're describing marked with a 44 over 104 (with a horizontal score line in between) on one side and blank on the other, reportedly contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen ONLY - which is used for relieving minor aches/pain and as a fever reducer. This tablet solely contains Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0182-8447 / 59779-104 / 0363-0104).
