After accusing my wife of taking prescription drugs without a prescription and then settling on a family friend who had recently been over, I found the AZ aspirin bottle the pill had come out of. It is probably aspirin. ## Hi steppenwolf, The closest match I've been able to find is a round yellow pill with the imprint A 266, it has been identified as Dipyridamole (50 mg). There is also a possibility that the pill is a (100 mg) Atenolol Tablet, but I haven't been able to confirm that identification. Manufacturer: Actavis National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0266 Dipyridamole keeps blood clots from forming after some types of heart surgery. It is also used to prevent strokes and heart attacks. And then narrowing it down further I checked the manufacturer's product list [1] show a couple of boxes for Sudafed PE. There's the Pressure + Pain which looks like an oblong light orange tablet, and then there is also the Sinus + Allergy which is in fact white and round. Round small white pill One side blank Other side says H L 0 2 ## Based on the description provided, I believe your pill could potentially be a 500mg Metformin HCL tablet, most notably used for treating type 2 diabetes, but also has a few other off-label uses as well. This particular pill is white and round with the marking H 102 on one side and blank on the other. For verification, it is reportedly manufactured by Heritage Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 23155-0102. Perhaps the "1" may have been mistaken for a lowercase L ("l")? Just a thought. I have this pill with the number 027 on one side and the letter M on the other side. What kind of pill is this? ## What makes you think that this pill is Xanax? Where did it come from? ## @keke, I did noticed that there's a white round pill marked with 027 R, which is reportedly identified as generic Alprazolam 0.25mg - A product of Actavis. Perhaps you meant to type "R" instead of "M"? If that's not the case, I'd probably suspect that this is a counterfeit depending on where/who it was obtained from... For verification, the 027 is on one side of the pill (sitting above a horizontal score line), and a fancy "R" is on the back. Hope this helps! ## Everything on the Internet points to Alprazolam. White oblong scored pill with 10 & 20 on one side & APO On the other. I don't know exactly what it is? National Drug Code (NDC): 60505-0234 NOTE: the correct imprint is actually "T0" instead of "10" - so it reads "APO" on one side and "T0 | 20" on the other. It's a white round pill with the imprint p20 and a line going through the middle on one side, and it's blank on the other side. ## The 20 is an indication of the dosage. I have similar pills that are a generic brand of the anti-anxiety medication Lexapro 20ml ## Hi Kelly, I just wanted to confirm that the white round pill marked with P 20 is in fact reported to be Escitalopram oxalate (20mg) - the generic for Lexapro. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Solco Healthcare US and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 43547-0282-10. You can view a small image of it on the manufacturer's product page at: solcohealthcare.com/Escitalopram20-100.html If you look closely at the image, you can see P 20 above a score line on one side and blank on the back.
