Not sure what this is... my neighbor gave me one and said it's for pain... ## Hi Nic, Based on the description provided, I've identified your white pill marked "X 32" as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate Potassium (125mg); which is NOT used for pain, but rather in the treatment of bacterial infections. Manufactured by: NorthStar Rx LLC You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium Details In light of this, I would question the legitimacy of your neighbor's word, since this actually has nothing to do with pain management or pain relief unless it is proven to be caused by a serious infection. And if that is the case, you may want to follow up with your doctor before taking random prescription meds that may not do anything for yo...

Sitting with my elderly grandfather and he tells me to get him his meds. The medicine he asked for did not match the description on the bottle. I don't know if he's gotten them mixed up or if the pharmacy did. Pharmacy is closed and I have one angry grandpa that won't take no for an answer. Can anyone identify this pill. He says it's his pain meds... ## This might be an herb supplement, or an OTC med. I cant find it on the internet. I'm not a pharmacist so I would look into the situation and see who's around him, maybe check with the pharmacist. Make sure he's getting the correct meds and that he has not been taken advantage of.. ## Is the letter N enclosed inside of an pentagon-like (house) shape by chance? Mallinckrodt hydrocodone/apap pills several years ago changed. This sounds like a similar thing to what used to be the caplet (large) shaped pills; M 0367 is now the M367 10/325mg tablet. I believe that they all changed to the same size and shape, dropping initial '0'. Some codes went out of use, most changed inbthe way described, but this tablet, if one og those, is unlikely to be of use, those things having changed well over 15 years ago. Advice; email Covidien. When in doubt... I did the same with Aspen re: Pax diazepam and Purata oxazepam, recently changed, and received courteous reply reassuring me within 48 hours. Write! ## The marking on the pill in question is often misinterpreted, since it can be hard to read on the small tablet, but it is actually M 0552 and the tablet...

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Are you certain of the marking? ## There is a pill that has M in a square on one side with 05 52, the space between the numbers is the score line on tablet and if it's worn any I can see how it could look like 032..... Anyway, it is oxycodone Hcl 5 mg which is a narcotic pain medication. If you found this in one of your children's rooms, back packs, etc.....it is time to have a talk with them. Find out why they have it! Chances are they will not tell you who gave it to them and will probably just say they "found" it. "F...

This pill does not help with pain management and riteaid does not stand for the customer. Too bad for me. ## A white oval pill marked with U16 on one side and blank on the other reportedly contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone HCL (7.5 mg), made by Aurolife Pharmaceuticals. This pill also contains the following set of inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide + croscarmellose sodium + crospovidone + magnesium stearate + microcrystalline cellulose + povidone + corn starch + stearic acid If some other manufacturer's version works better for you, it may be a good idea to take note of each inactive ingredient so you can better determine what it is that might be causing this lack of efficacy that's not apparent with other brands/generics. Why am I not getting the relief for my cronic back pain with the white hydrocodone as I was with the yellow? ## Hello, Faye! How are you? Can you please double check the marking? The one with this marking on it is no longer being manufactured, due to the amount of Acetaminophen it contained, which was 500mgs with 10mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## I get a script monthly filled at my local Walmart for 10/325 Hydrocodone acetaminophen. i am taking 60 mg SR morphine, what is the equivalent to percocet 5&325 ## Hi Jack, Hello, Even though Morphine and Percocet (Acetaminophen + Oxycodone) are used to treat moderate to severe pain, they are still two different medications that are formulated in two different ways. Since these medications effect everyone differently, there is really no way to justify an equivalent dose of Morphine to create the same result as taking Percocet. An equivalent dose for one person could also be an overdose for someone else. Hopefully that makes sense. This question may be something best answered by your doctor who can make a more informed decision based on your medical records, current health, age, weight, whether or not you're taking any other medications, etc. You can learn more about...
