I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!

How long is watson 357 good for? ## There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. But the question is whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from the study... (I have not seen the list of drugs used in this study). Source: health...

What is this tan & white capsule with G 357 on it? It was sold to me at my local pharmacy as a replacement for my usual purple capsule which is Potassium Chloride for control of blood pressure. ## Hello, Benny! How are you? It is manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing Potassium Chloride. It has just been manufactured by a different company than the other one was, which is normal for generic medications. Whichever one they have in stock, at any given time, depends on what company was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply. The FDA warns that it is very harsh on the stomach, so it should be taken with food. Is there anything else I can help with?
