NOTE: the correct marking is actually "Ec a". The lower case "a" does in fact look like an "e", so this can be a common mistake. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic used in replacement for people who have an allergy to penicillins. It can be used for dental abscess; chlamydia infection; strep throat; bowel preparation; and syphilis, among other uses as well. I have a white pill and one side says 627 with a line above it and on the other side it says ECI. ## This tablet is manufactured by ECI Pharmaceuticals, and they list as containing 64.8mgs of Phenobarbital, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes. ## Is it safe for humans?

I heard this pill was from Mexico and is a soma. It only has a palm tree on one side. Nothing on the other side. Big round white pill. Has anyone heard of these? ## Yea it’s their version of soma. My friend broke his leg and says it is a prescription pain killer, filled in the Econdido Ca. area. I find on the net ## I haven't located any specific details on this pill other than someone else's notion of what they found it to be. We can be sure, though, that they aren't a US prescription medication, as they all MUST have unique imprints to enable identification. If not, then it will be difficult to determine what it contains. We can rule it out as being a manufactured prescription product, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. The pill I have been seeing is a white round pill with the imprint PGP; but apparently there are varieties that come as a white capsule.
