small round pill withn b325and a line with nothin underneath, and nothing on the otherside ## I was given this pill with a new prescription for the hyoscyamine sulfate pill that I take for difficulty in swallowing and discomfort in the throat area. It is totally different from the one I usually take. That number is E 423, and when I put it under my tongue, it is immediately dissolved and my throat problems are relieved. The B 325 pill is larger, does not dissolve immediately, and I am afraid to take it. Are they for totally different symptoms? I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.

IS IT 600MG.? ## Did you mean IP 466? That is the closest marking I can find. If that's the tablet in question, it contains 800mgs of Ibuprofen, a tablet with that marking of IP 465 contains 600mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The person did mean AZ 285. It is on the pills I bought at the 99 cent store. It is supposed to be exhedrin, that is, acetaminophen, caffeine, and aspirin. ## Hi Marsy, I think you might be referring to another discussion thread.. but just to confirm, the white round pill marked "AZ 285" is in fact identified as generic Excedrin, for headache relief. It contains 250 mgs of Acetaminophen + 250 mgs of Aspirin + 65 mgs of Caffeine. Apparently the name of the manufacturer/distributor is "A2Z Health", which explains the AZ logo as well.
