Not sure what this is... my neighbor gave me one and said it's for pain... ## Hi Nic, Based on the description provided, I've identified your white pill marked "X 32" as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate Potassium (125mg); which is NOT used for pain, but rather in the treatment of bacterial infections. Manufactured by: NorthStar Rx LLC You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium Details In light of this, I would question the legitimacy of your neighbor's word, since this actually has nothing to do with pain management or pain relief unless it is proven to be caused by a serious infection. And if that is the case, you may want to follow up with your doctor before taking random prescription meds that may not do anything for yo... ...

Want to know what pill is white round with P on one side and 425 on the other ## The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "PE 425" rather than "P 425". This pill is also white, but it doesn't specify its shape. The pill I just described is identified as Durahist PE; which is used in the treatment of nasal congestion and rhinitis. Durahist PE contains the following active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine (8mg) + Methscopolamine (1.25 mg) + Phenylephrine (20 mg) The manufacturer of this specific pill is ProEthic Laboratories LLC. If this does not match your pill, is there any possibility that the marking has simply been misread? If not, hopefully you can use this information help narrow down your search. ...

I found a White Oblong Pill With Ec On One Side And E The Other and I am wondering what it is??? ## I located your white oblong pill to be Erythromycin (250 mg). It can be used for dental abscess; chlamydia infection; strep throat; bowel preparation; and syphilis, among other uses as well. The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round.
