I found a pill i dont recognize, it is a large, white pill, oblong, with 13 2 on one side with a line score mark between the 13 and 2 and it is blank on the other side. ## It's most likely Metformin Hydrochloride 1000 mg for treating type 2 diabetes (NDC 25000-132 among others) White oval tablet with a score line and imprint 132 Inactive ingredients: - Povidone - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Magnesium Stearate - Polyethylene Glycols - Polyvinyl Alcohol - Talc - Titanium Dioxide Ref: DailyMed ## I take Metformin 1000mg and the 13 2 with score mark in middle is on pill ## That is correct. It is supposed to be a pain pill but it's not working at all. I have been prescribed the medicine and it always worked well enough to allow me to function, but this new pill doesn't work. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. Manufacturer: Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited Based on the description you gave for the V imprint, I have a hunch that the pills you found may have been manufactured by Vintage pharmaceuticals. I believe Vintage pharmaceuticals was bought out by Qualitest pharmaceuticals, so the pills you have may be older and no longer on the market (making them more difficult to accurately identify). I found this pill going through a family members house who passed on what is it? It's long oblong shaped and white with 300 on one side nothing else ## There's a 750mg Levetiracetam ER tablet that is white and oblong shaped, but it has "1300" embedded on one side and blank on the other. Any chance that the "1" could've gotten smudged off or is difficult to see? If it's of any help, this particular medication is used for treating epilepsy. Reason I ask is because I found several white oblong pills that closely resemble your description; namely different dosages of Gabapentin - one with an imprint of G on one side of a divid/score line and the number 13 on the other half instead of 19. Other dosages have the number 21, 22, and even 31 in replace of the number 19 you had mentioned. The opposite back-side of the pill is blank.
