white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. I have seen a few different kind of Ultram and every pharmacy is different. I know that they are all the same but you know how your mind plays tricks on you and I swear nothing works as well as the round white ones AN 627. If I cant get those, I will take my script elsewhere!!! ## Hey DAVO...... stay away from the square ones, those are by far the worst. Tylenol works better than that!!! ...

white oblong pill with 377 imprint ## This is 50mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultram. This is an analgesic, derived from an opiate, so even though it works like an anti-inflammatory, it does have the same addictive qualities and is classified by the FDA as a narcotic. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, sweating, constipation and drowsiness. ## It is Tramadol which is NOT derived from any opiate, contrary to other comments here. It has no opium in it whatsoever. It is a pain killer but is niether a narcotic (it has no illicit drugs) nor is it an anti-inflammatory. It isn't scheduled, and in 48 states, it isn't considered a controlled substance! It does lightly attach to ONE of the opiate receptors in the brain, but most people do not get addicted. ## Susan nee... ...

All the letters are capital does this make a difference or not ## I have yet to come across any photos of this exact pill in my research, but based on other related discussion threads here as well as visiting the manufacturer's product webpage, I've come to the personal conclusion that "TCL" 370 is the most common way many posters have gone on to describe this pill in similar thread titles as well as within their general message - So if the letters are uppercase my gut feeling is that you shouldn't have anything to worry about, depending on where/who you're getting your pills from. If that's a grey area, you can always have the pill analyzed by a lab to ensure that everything is normal. Hope this helps! ...
