I have looked all over the internet for this pill and I can't find anything about it. All it has on it is VP50 it's white and oblong. I have found several in my sons room along with some sleep aid but for the life of me I can't figure out what they are!!!! Can anyone help PLEASE??????? ## Hi Amy, Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is a white oblong pill imprinted with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I get the sense that they may be manufactured by the same company (Vista Pharmaceuticals) - hence the "VP". Perhap...

Half oblong pa 620 ## Hello, Are you saying that you only have half of the pill? If so, there is really no way to identify half of a pill since there could be other important imprints on the half that is missing. The closest match I can find based on the description you have provided is Duratuss G; which is a white oblong pill with the imprint ucb on one half, then a score (split line), and 620 on the other half. Duratuss G contains (1200 mg) of guaifenesin. Guaifenesin is an expectorant drug sold over the counter and usually taken orally to assist the bringing up (expectoration) of phlegm from the airways in acute respiratory tract infections. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Guaifenesin Details If you have any questions or information to add, please post back!

Found a very large oblong pill with a 120 imprint on what seems like the right half and nothing but a scored line on the other side ## Hello, Kim! How are you? It's difficult to determine what this might be with any certainly, since we only have half of the imprint. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

does this pill require a prescription? ## Based on the description provided, I found your pill to be Ibuprofen (800 mg). Low doses of ibuprofen (200 mg, and sometimes 400 mg) are available over the counter (OTC) in most countries. Generally, the oral dose is 200 to 400 mg (510 mg/kg in children) every 46 hours, adding up to a usual daily dose of 800 to 1,200 mg. 1,200 mg is considered the maximum daily dose for over-the-counter use, though under medical direction, the maximum amount of ibuprofen for adults is 800 milligrams per dose or 3200 mg per day (4 maximum doses). For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

I found several white round pills in my medicine cabinet. Don't know what they are..large & round with 013 in black letters on one side. Other side blank, no scoring. ## Hello, The closest match I could find is a white 'oval-shaped' pill imprinted with "013"; which has been identified as Loratadine-D 12 hour (5mg/120 mg). This is an antihistamine drug primarily used in the treatment of hay fever and allergies. NOTE: I could not find a photo of the pill, so at this time there's nothing to determine whether or not the lettering was black on this oval pill. Manufacturer: Perrigo (formerly Clay-Park Laboratories Inc) Do you ever recall using an allergy medication by this name? ## I do. Thank you for solving this mystery. I'll be more careful w/the packaging n...

found a pill on floor with 0-m stamped on front and either 120 or 180 on back.. small white pill ## Ethinyl estradiol and norgestimate. Not sure on the mg though. It contains a combination of female hormones that prevent ovulation (the release of an egg from an ovary). This medication also causes changes in your cervical mucous and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and harder for a fertilized egg. ## WHITE PILL WITH M STAMPED ON ONE SIDE AND THE NUMBER 757 ON THE OTHER SIDE LOOKS LIKE A HOCKEY PUCK

Is it safe to take Ciprofloxacin pills white oblong VP 120 in combination with adder all 30mg tablets? also, the Ciprofloxacin expired in 2008. ## The tablets with this marking aren't listed as being Coprofloxacin. They are listed as being a different type of antibiotic that is sold under the name brand Bactrim, which contains the active ingredients Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim. It does not get dangerous, past the expiration date, but it does lose effectiveness, which ups the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. I am not finding an interactions listed between it and Adderall, but you should really consult a doctor, or pharmacist to be certain and to get a more recent prescription of an antibiotic, if you need it. Is there anything else I can help with?

Believe it may be 20mg prednisolone for a dog ## Hi Patrick, Are there any other imprints on your pill that may have been faded or are difficult to make out? I only ask because based on the description provided, the closest match I could find was a white oval shaped pill marked with "GF P120" and a score line. This particular tablet is an OTC cold remedy containing 600mgs of Guaifenesin + 120mgs of Pseudoephedrine. Another similar match that comes up is a round white pill marked with "P120" and nothing else. Although this one is a 325mg Aspirin tablet.
