I found this site to further understand a product I purchased yesterday at a truck-stop. Its a six pack of caffeine tablets with the imprint MW 200 on one side and in fourths on the other. The name of the tab is Xtreme PEPTIME Mini-white. I hope that answers your questions. ## Thanks for sharing your finding. I found two of these inside a bottle of migraine pain-reliever (250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin, 65 mg caffeine) in a bottle produced by Premier Value - I think I bought it at Safeway food store. How/should I report this? ## Is the marking possibly GG 226? If so, then they are prescription tablets that contain 20mgs of Lovastatin, used to help lower cholesterol. Many companies make both generic products that are available over the counter, as well as some prescription medications, so there may have been a mix-up at the factory. However, as you know, this could be a dangerous mix-up if that is, indeed, what these pills are. Regarding the pill that was asked about, in case anyone else is curious as to what it contains, it is an over the counter product, the manufacturer McNeil lists it as being Pepcid AC, which is used to treat, or prevent heartburn, ulcers, gastritis, and GERD. I have a oval yellow pill V on one side 3169 on the other The pills are in a daily pack of pills I am suppose to take and not in t he RX bottle. Found a few random white oblong pills. A line down the middle. A "R" on one side. On the other a 20 | mg between the scored part. Any ideas..? ## Hmmm ... I was wondering what this pill is used for? It is oblong, gray on one side and white on the other. The number on the pill is p449 and the number is on the gray side. Hauppauge, NY 11788 ## This is an over the counter cold remedy. And yes, long-term use, or high doses of it may cause liver damage or liver failure, due to the Acetaminophen that's in it. HAB pharmaceutical licence #48/ua 2006 ## Looks like a cheap generic of Soma (Carisoprodol), possibly produced semi-legally in response to rising demand on account of an increasing number from international orders to Indian pharmacies. Doesn't seem to be effective much. ## Pain-O-Soma is a very minimal substitute for Watson brand Soma at best. Even though it is plainly marked Carisprodol 350mg tablets they are placeboes in comparison. My advice is find a nice family dr that will prescribe it from a US pharmacy.
