Fairly large round white tablet marked with AZ and 286 below. No score marks. ## I located a pill with similar markings the only difference is SZ 286, could this be your pill? Perhaps it is an over the counter medication. ## Kali is actually a foreign prescription med company, there has been only 4 of their products right now approved for sale in the US. Markings are Kali 082, Kali 280, Kali 281 and Kali 282. They do not make any OTC meds.
