I found two white oval shape pills. I found half of a broken caplet ending in what looks like a 5 and a 7. But the 7 seems to be immediately followed by an imprint that resembles leaf imprints. Don't know if these imprints are just scratches or actual markings. I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! May I ask what a Lupin n357 pill looks like and what it contains? ## @Link, You mentioned that the writing faded off of your tablet. Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!
