They are also not known to be habit forming, like the benzodiazepines and they seem to cause far less side effects. You can certainly try something, if your doctor approves. I found these pills in my house they are oval white pills that have 44 369 on one side, no other characteristics. ## These are reportedly a generic store brand of Midol which contain Acetaminophen 500 mg, Pamabrom 25 mg, and Pyrilamine 15 mg. What are the chances?! ## Yes, you are supposed to take those ones, they do contain an active hormone, so there could be a risk of getting pregnant. Probably not a very high one, since theoretically, you were at the end of your cycle at that point, not in the middle where you'd normally ovulate. If you don't get your period, when it's due then having yourself checked for pregnancy would be a good idea. But otherwise, if you start, you're in the clear...
