On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. what is the strength of this pill, and is it vicodin? ## I cannot locate any information on a white, scored oblong pill with the marking of V 360. The closest I can find has the marking of V 3600, but it is pink and doesn't have a score line. That tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which are the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. Can you tell me anything else about the pill in question? Was it obtained from a pharmacy? Is it from the U.S.?

I was wondering what this pill is used for? It is oblong, gray on one side and white on the other. The number on the pill is p449 and the number is on the gray side.
