The round white pill you're describing marked with a 44 over 104 (with a horizontal score line in between) on one side and blank on the other, reportedly contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen ONLY - which is used for relieving minor aches/pain and as a fever reducer. I'm so confused here I have a white pill marked with 44 and a line 104 & blank on the back. Some of you say it is percocet some of you are saying it's just Tylenol.
