No idea. ## @Danny, I know most legitimate prescription and over the counter meds are required by law to have letters, numbers, and/or symbols that are indicative of the manufacturer, substance, and dosage. So based on your description, these do come across to me as being some sort of foreign or counterfeit version of a Buspar or Xanax tablet. However, without having any verifiable markings outside of the three lines, you'd probably have to have it analyzed by a lab in order to know for certain. It is the imprint that identifies prescription medications, the size, shape and color do not actually mean anything. Need to identify an oval pill with 4 raised line on top. It has a minty smell. Since you said it smells like minty I started looking up brand named breath mints. I found one that matches your description and I was wondering if you would mind doing a google image search of Altoids arctic mints? The pill is blank on the other side, and the 241 is centered: it has no other writing or lines on it, and is 0.5 inches long and 0.25 inches from top to bottom. I found several of these in a baggie at home hidden in a closet. I have googled it, and even the eclipse breath mints, they aren't multicolor, and have 4 lines instead of the 5 like the mints...
