white round tablet 282 on one side kali on other side ## I can't find this anywhere. Are you certain you have the correct number, and does the pill have anything else but Kali on it? Perhaps it is an over the counter medication. ## Kali is actually a foreign prescription med company, there has been only 4 of their products right now approved for sale in the US. Markings are Kali 082, Kali 280, Kali 281 and Kali 282. They do not make any OTC meds.
