I have been taking Adderal for many years, the orange oval generic pill. My last prescription had white R 351 pills. I never had a problem with the orange ones. The new white ones give me chest pain and nausea and I'm very shaky inside and out to the point that I thought I was given the wrong medication by the pharmacy I use.
