Hello. A friend has come across this medicine. We looked it up online and it does claim to be oxycodone 15. However, it has a bit of a different taste than usual. A bit of a sweeter taste really. I have read they are not instant release therefore maybe have more filler in them??? I cannot find very much on them and have never come across this particular looking pill before. P and a R on the other side ## Hi Jack, Is there anyway you can verify that the letters are in fact P R or if it just "looks like it may be P R", but potentially could be something different? Reason I ask is because the closest match I'm seeing on the web for a white oval pill has a 15 on one side and 9 3 on the other. And I suppose if the marking was faded or unclear, it could be mistaken for something else, but wanted to double check with you before jumping to conclusions... Also, did you get this from a real licensed pharmacy here in the US?
