The white pill has a groove on one side and "P 500" on the other. It is white and round. What is it? ## Hi Chris, I found one possible ID for this pill based on the description provided. The pill with this imprint has been identified as Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (500 mg). It is white, but also capsule-shaped or oval as opposed to round. This seems to be the only discrepancy in relation to what you described it as. For further verification, it is Manufactured by Pack Pharmaceuticals, LLC. and the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 16571-0412 Please post back if you can confirm whether or not your pill is an elongated (oval) round shape or simply a perfect circle. Thanks! I hope this helps!

This pill is also white and elongated/oval. Unless you think this could possibly be a match to your pill I was going to suggest contacting the manufacturer directly, since the same company makes the "RE" pills; the manufacturer name is RIVER'S EDGE PHARMACEUTICALS...however it looks like their webpage has been shut down by the FDA for various reasons: That said, it would be great if you could post back as to whether or not RE 212 is a possible match? If not, you may want to consider taking the pill over to your local pha...
