What is a white oval pill marked apo-041? ## APO-041 White to off-white, oblong is Etodolac 400mg. There should also be the number 400 on the other side. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 41167-3510. Finding allergy medicine at work doesn't strike me as anything of concern and seems like it could be fairly common. The pill with this imprint has been identified as Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (500 mg). It is white, but also capsule-shaped or oval as opposed to round. This seems to be the only discrepancy in relation to what you described it as. This pill is also white and elongated/oval. 1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram.
