There are actually several of these that have the same marking and they all contain 200mgs of Ibuprofen, there is one that meets this description, then one that is almost identical but which has an orange coating. Then there are two round ones that follow the same pattern, one is plain white and one has an orange coating. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. round white pill with 20 on one side and blank on other side

Found one white round pill 20 on one side and blank on the other ## Hi marie, From what I've researched, a manufacturer by the name of Accord Healthcare reportedly makes a round white pill with "20" on one side and a score line on the other (but no additional numbers). This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. I know you mentioned that the opposite side of the pill was blank, but if you're just referring to there being no other numbers, I'd question whether a score line is still a possibility? Hope this helps! ## I found a white oval pill. Small, with a 20 on one side, blank on the other. What could it be for? ...

Small White Round Pill Blank One Side Line With M and 4 on other

What is this? It's small round and white. Blank on one side and a line with M4 above it on the other ## Hello, The closest match I've come across to your description is that of a white oval shaped pill that is blank on one side and has "M" and "4" on the other side separated by a score line. The only difference I noted between this pill and your description is that this pill is oval shaped as opposed to being round. I know some people namely depict oval or oblong shaped pills as being round, so I thought it would be worth a shot here. If this sounds like a match then I've identified your pill to be Metoprolol succinate (200 mg); which is used in the treatment of several diseases of the cardiovascular system, especially hypertension. White Pill Oval C

Small oval, white pill, blank on one side, capital C on the other? ## Based on the description provided I was able to find a match to a white oval pill marked with "C"; however there is no image to go with it that confirms this. It is said to be identified as Carbaglu (200 mg); which is used in the treatment of hyperammonemia. Manufacturer: Orphan Europe National Drug Code (NDC): 52276-0312 Learn More: Carbaglu Details I hope this helps! ## What David posted is a good possibility. But this is a rather vague imprint, so it's kind of hard to be certain. I recently had a bottle of vitamin C tablets that also matched this description, so there is a chance that it may just be an over the counter product. Learn more vitamin c details here. We found a small white oval shaped pill. it was blank on one side and 20 on the other. it was scored but not sure which side. Please help! ## @dittle, I've searched far and wide for a match to this description, but only to find pills that have come remotely close. So I have to ask if you'd be able to take a moment and double check to see if there no other markings on this besides the number 20 and a score line? If this remains to be the case, part of me wonders whether it is something that was purchased overseas or online from another country. White Oval Pill L (line break on pill)10

I am just wondering what this type of medication is, as far as I can remember it is for gas but I am not sure after this long of a time period, the only markings on the pill is a capital L and a line separator on it and then a 10 and then completely blank on the other side. I tried matching Loratadine with it but it does not match as the numbers on any of those don't match. ## I find it odd that someone else here in the forums also mentioned this pill to be Loratadine, yet I can't seem to locate any specific details on it. Could there perhaps be a different brand of this drug with those markings? Was told that it was winstrol is this true ? S /20 on front like and horseshoe imprint on back. ?? ## Hi Richard, Based on the description provided, the only match I'm finding that even remotely resembles this is a 250mg Penicillin VK tablet; which happens to be a small white oval pill with S 20 on one side and blank on the other. Depending on where or who you got your pill from, would also help determine whether or not it may be fake... as there are numerous counterfeits going around the country in order to meet the ever increasing street demands for both steroids and pain meds alike. So it really just comes down to whether or not you can trust the person/place you purchased it from. And because it's obviously not legal without an Rx, that right there makes it a prime suspect f... ...

This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart.
