oblong tablet with 3592 on one side and a funny shaped V on other side. supposed to be generic hydrocodone, never seen them before and am afraid to take them ## Well, you have to understand that what a pill looks like has nothing to do with what it is and what the active ingredients are, you could find a dozen other pills that do look they ones you have had before, and are something different entirely. So you have to realize that how it looks mean nothing in the pharmaceutical industry. They may make it look however they wish, there are no guidelines saying everything with the same ingredients has to look the same. I found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it? ## Hi Alexi, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related. These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug). Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer. Do you have any other clues about the type of medication it might be, based on where you picked it up at? ## its generic for tylenol there called assured 500mg

This pill is white and oblong. It has a print of VP50 on one side and nothing on the other side. ## @Whitaker, Based on your description, the closest match I could find was a white oblong shaped pill marked with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections.
