Found these pills in my sons room. He says they are pain pills of some sort but I am not sure. They are white oblong and when I broke it in half there are brown specks, about the size of a 800 mg Tylenol. If anyone knows what these are please let me know.. ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? If there are no markings, then it may be hard to narrow down what they contain. We can rule them out as being a prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, but there are many possible over the counter products that match this description. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## I have diet pills like that? ## Is it in a capsule or In a very hard tablet with pointed ends and w... ...

I found five pills in my daughters room, all the same. they are oblong, about 3/4 in long, 1/4 in wide, and 1/4 in thick. they are an off white color with brown specks on the outside, but the inside is all white... what the heck could this be and is it harming her?? ## Hello, Kayla! How are you? I'm sorry, but with no markings, it may be difficult to definitively identify it. It's not a prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings, but that does leave it open to many over the counter possibilities. Have you tried asking her about it? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## They are called speckled birds , it a caffeine pill sold over the counter mostly at truck stops. ## I took half a... ...

Its oblong, with a white coating on the outside without any imprint whatsoever. Then inside is light brown with white specks. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks~!~ ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule out its being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have marking for identification purposes. However, it could be something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Did she say anything else about it? ...

This pill is oval and only has a 51 imprint on it. It is white in the inside and has no other numbers but 51 no other imprint or anything. ## This may be a long shot, but there's a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's brownish-red and oblong with l2 on one side and blank on the other. If you hold it upside down it could appear similar to 5l, depending on the condition of the tablet? For verification, the National Drug Code is 49035-517 and it appears to be a product of Walmart. Perhaps you can contact your local pharmacy and/or poison control to see if this sounds like a possible match. Whereabouts did you get it from? ...
