Could be an over the counter medicine or perhaps prescribed. Please help identify. What is this? It's a large flat grayish tablet ## Hi Lillie, Just had a few questions pertaining to your pill description: Is the RP and 115 on the same side of the tablet? What shape is the tablet? Any possibility that the "R" could be an "A", based on the font or pill condition? The closest match I've seen here is a white oblong shaped pill with AP on one side and 115 on the back. This particular tablet reportedly contains 0.375 mg of Hyoscyamine sulfate ER; used for treating various digestive problems, including IBS.
