## I have a pill that is oblong and white with L014 on one side and smooth on the other. I don't know what it is. ## THIS IS NOT LORTAB, NOT ANY TYPE OR NARCOTIC! I just got these this month. I had been taking the Watson 503. Which were 10/650's. These are 10/325. I've only been taking these for a couple of days and have taken the yellow Watson before. These are not as good. they are not as potent nor do they last as long. I was hoping that they would be more effective but they aren't. its not in my head. Watson by far makes the best generic Lortab. ## Hello, Joshintn! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. With less Acetaminophen in them, it is only normal that you would notice a difference and find them to not be as effective. The Acetaminophen potentiates the action of the narcotic, so when there is more in them, it is more effective. Lortab, however, is no longer available. All of these combination prescripti...

It has white oblong looks like a loratab blank on one side,UO2 on other side.Need pics ## Hello, Sheila! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons. However, I can tell you that this tablet is manufactured by Aurolife Pharma, their description matches yours and they list it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it's a generic for Lortab, Norco, Vicodin and etc. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is a white oblong pill with RX 560 on one side and blank on the other side a Lortab 10mg? ## The white pill with RX 560 on it contains Hydrocodone 5 mg + Acetaminophen 500 mg. It is a narcotic pain killer, contains the same ingredients as Lortab, but a 5 mg (not 10 mg) dose of Hydrocodone. It is generic for Vicodin. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do.

I have a white oblong pill with the imprint G254. Any idea on what this could be? ## There is mixed speculation as to what this can be. I've searched around and have seen posts questioning whether it's a Lortab, or even Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol). So far there has not been a definite ID, so that leads me to guess that it is either a foreign medication or an over the counter product. Can you provide more details about what country or manufacturer this came from?

White oblong pill no markings - looks like it could be generic lortab 10. Can u help? ## I don't care what shape or color they are - Any controlled substance "will" have a code number always... Also, it will be scored for breaking in half. You can take this to the bank. ## Keith is correct about the marking, however, that is only true if they are manufactured and/or approved in the U.S. If they have no imprint, they can be ruled out as being a legal U.S. prescription medication. Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The pill looks like a vicodin. It's coated and has nothing on one side. The other side has #44175 on it.... Can someone tell me if it is a lortab or hydrocodone? ## No, it is not. This is actually an over the counter medication that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic, or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## You are wrong this was out before the manufacturer changed and was bought out thus changing the pill to acetaminophen only, witch btw the pill in reference is blank on one side.
