White Oblong Pill Plain On One Side Score Mark Other

URGENT! white oblong caplet scored one side--- no other distinguishing marks

I received shipment of approx 90 caplets 17mm x 9 mm of plain white oblong caplets with a single score on one side from a company saled SAI Distributors Ideal House, Fort, Mumbai India. This was supposed to be a percocet order. if anyone knows what they are or if this is a valid distribution company please let me know. As there are zero other identifying marks I will not take them. Historically this comapny provides things to me in blister packs. this was not, it was in a small zip lock type bag... raising my suspicions! There is also no insert on the medication or number to contact them in regards to this order. White oblong pill with imprint IP 111 and scored one one side. Plain on other side ## its a white pill and one side has 852 on it and the other side has 93 on one side and on the other side has 93 again ## The pill in description marked IP 111 is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (500 mg - 5 mg). Is this phentermine 37 5?

What is it? White oblong pill with tiny blue specks, scored and the the markings of K 35 on one side and plain white on the other side? I was told it is phentermine by a weight loss clinic. Is it? ## Hello, Rusty! How are you? Is the marking possibly K 25? If so, this tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and yes, they do list it as containing 37.5mgs of Phentermine. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia and unpleasant taste.
