The reason why there aren't many listings yet here on the internet is because it's relatively new to the market. looks like OTC tylenol but has no markings or imprints ## If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. If so, yes, it is manufactured by the Kroger Company and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is sold in various stores as a generic or store brand of Tylenol. I was just curious to find out if you knew who the manufacturer was? Details on this tablet seem to be rather sparse. Is it a product of the US? I did do some digging around and located a 500mg Acetaminophen liquid solution with the words "Premier Value" standing before it - though it was reportedly labeled by Chain Drug Consortium LLC and made by Aurohealth - So I don't know if there's any connection between the tablet and solution in that regard...

I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name. All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable them to be identified, but that is not the case with over the counter products. Thus, these can be difficult to narrow down.
