We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication. If so, yes, it is manufactured by the Kroger Company and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is sold in various stores as a generic or store brand of Tylenol. I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name. All manufactured prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique imprints to enable them to be identified, but that is not the case with over the counter products. Thus, these can be difficult to narrow down.
