Is a norco 365 stronger then a vicodin 357 and why ## Based on my research, Norco M365 is "weaker" than Vicodin M357. It's simply a matter of each pill containing a different dosage of Acetaminophen. Norco M365 contains: Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). Vicodin M357 contains: Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). ip ## Can you please post back with some more specific imprints? Are there any other numbers in addition to the IP? Norco 5-325 contains Hydrocodone 5 mg and Acetaminophen 325 mg. It is a narcotic pain killer. ## The subject is Vicodin. Is a V 3604, which is vicodin with red specks in it stronger or equal to M357?
