I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. We are looking for the Oxycodone Hcl liquid that does not have saccarine sweetner in it. ## Most of them are going to contain some type of sweetener, to prevent the oral solutions from tasting awful. I am not sure which company makes any that don't have one of them in it. Have you tried asking your pharmacist if they can located any? I have building disc and stenosis in my neck. Plus compression fracture upper back. Arthritis and scoliosis. With meds I am able to exercise and keep good muscle tone and exercise does wonders for my depression for I'm also bipolar. I want to oxygenate my blood, have cell renewel and stay healthy. Why does the oxycodone 20mg. Taste sweet if I take a bite out of it ? ## Because it may have RP on it ## @mickey, It could certainly be one or more of the binders/fillers they use. If you post the imprint of your oxycodone pill, perhaps I or someone else could look up the list of inactive ingredients. This way you can better determine what changes might've occurred upon switching to a different manufacturer's brand or generic version than what you're used to. Are there any pain management or good dr's that prescribe pain meds in volusia county? I'm currently on oxycodone 10/325 they hardly help and kill my stomach.
