Read more here: Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I snap them in half to control the nausea and pain, but it also keeps my head in check. These are very dangerous as 367 are real s***. Addictive... Sometimes I need both halves. But Sometimes you don't... If you can average one half not being taken for a day out of a 3 day pain regiment, there is still hope. Not to mention when it's bad and I need the pain relief, breaking it in half seems...

What color are my prescription pills narco 5/325 ## I have been taking Norco for about 6 years ive recently been getting yellow tablets ibstead of the regular white. Ive noticed they are not as effective as tge white. ## What are the markings on them? Since this is available as a generic medication, there are far too many on the market for me to be able to list them all for you. However, if you can post back with the markings, I can look them up and provide you with the needed information. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

For verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 53746-0109 To the original thread starter: It seems as though all three of you have generic medications with different dosages. Norco Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone

Hydrocodone/paracetamol (also known as hydrocodone/acetaminophen) is the combination of the pain medications hydrocodone and paracetamol (acetaminophen).[1] It is used to treat moderate to severe pain.[1][2] It is taken orally. [1] Recreational use is common in the United States.[3][4] Common side effects include dizziness, sleepiness, constipation, and vomiting.[1][2&#9...

which colors are strongest to weakest? white, yellow, or peach ## The yellow and white oblong tablets imprinted with NORCO over 539 on one side and blank on the other, reportedly contain a dosage of 10/325. I think the white version might've came after the yellow one, but both seem to carry the same National Drug Code of 52544-0539. I also located a peach and/or white oblong tablet with NORCO over 729 imprinted on one side and blank on the back that reportedly contain a dosage of 7.5/325. Lastly, there's a smaller 5mg/325mg Norco tablet that's white with red specks; imprinted with WATSON on one side and 913 on the other. Hope this helps!

I'm looking for the pharmacy that carries 10/325 norcos made by Qualitest the yellow ones I live in Ontario Ca 91761 ## Hello, Oswald! How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of pharmacies according to what medications from which manufacture they have in stock that I can refer to for you. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Have you tried asking your regular pharmacy if they can order them in for you?

The white new norcos do not work, and I am back spending half my life in bed. Why is is they break in half so easily? The yellow ones couldnt be broken by hand. Who can we call? The DEA? ## Hi allie, It seems like a lot of patients have been experiencing problems with the Norco made by Actavis (formerly known as Watson). Apparently from what I understand, after Watson was bought out, Actavis made some "unnecessary" changes within the inactive ingredients, causing them to not be nearly as effective as their yellow predecessor. If you want to put in a complaint, I would suggest filing a report with the FDA under their MedWatch program, which can be reached at: fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/default.htm Maybe if enough people report similar problems they will consider making changes. But ...

What color is a non generic norco 10 mg and who is original manufacture. ( original norco)What color is original 10 mg norco ## There usually Watson & yellow.... ## @Cents, I believe Patrick (post #1) is right about Watson being the original manufacturer of the yellow oblong/oval shaped tablets. However, Actavis is now the company who took over and they altered the formula to make them white in their physical appearance. It was after this change that many patients also reported a significant difference in the tablet's overall effectiveness. I for one have not tried either, but if you take a look around the various related threads here on MedsChat, you may find several reviews that discuss this change from the original formula. It is widely thought that Actavis put less active in...

I have been looking for anyone that can help me with finding a doctor to prescibe hydrocodone. I live in bakersfield ca but I'm willing to travel. ## Hi Jen, Listed below are a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer exists} You can give this other page a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another: wellness.com/find/pain%20management%20specialist Alternatively, you can have your primary care doctor refer you to a new pain management doctor or clinic. I live not too far from you over in Lancaster, and there are a lot of medical doctors in this area (93534 zip code) if you can't find anything in Bakersfield...

Hi, my name is Chris I am raking Norco 10/325mg, baclofen 20mg, and gabapentin 600mg all which I take 4× a day. Now my doctor put me on soma 3× a day in place of the baclofen. My question is can I take soma with the gabapentin600mg and Norco 10/325mg. I'm taking them due to a car accident which left me a quadriplegic C5 incomplete SCI. My muscle spasms are uncontrollable I've broken ribs and had other injuries due to them. ## I take Gabapentin and Soma as well. I don't take the 3rd med you mentioned. I have not found any adverse side effects with the combination of Gabapentin and Soma. I would definitely determine how the soma affects you before driving or working. Normally, if I have to drive somewhere, I take the Soma after I arrive or 10 minutes before I arrive....

I am scheduled to take 1, 3 times a day. they are orange (light) a V on one side, scored and say on the back; 36 score mark 05. I have taken as many as 4 at one time w/o getting relief, but do feel there is a small amount in them, just to keep from withdrawal. ## In addition, I got this RX from the hospital pharmacy, no independent parties were involved. Are these places more likely to get less potent or fake tablets? or was there misuse of the main ingredients in the manufacturing process? ## Most likely it's just that the medication doesn't work well for you for pain. Not everything works for everyone that tries it, which is why there are usually multiple options to try in any therapeutic medication category. Additionally, if you've taken it before, your body may have buil...

I've been on Norco 7.5/325 since they stopped making Vicodin. I had the yellow, loved them, then my pharmacy only had the white ones from Qualitest. My last refill was with mallinckro, hate them! I itch and stay in pain 24/7. My pharmacist said they will no longer be able to get the qualitest, now I'm stuck as to where to go. I hate calling pharmacies for certain brands since they think I'm a druggie..when I clearly take no more and often less than required. ## I am very sorry about the problems you're experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no database that lists which medication any given pharmacy carries, at any given time, because such information is dynamic and can always change, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed ...

Can I take norco 10/325 flexed all 10 mg with a stacker 2 ## Hi Meddie, There are quite a few different pain meds to choose from that are allegedly stronger than Norco (Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen). Oxycodone in my research seems to be the next step up the latter, but some chronic pain patients may feel that Tramadol, Morphine, Opana, or Dilaudid would be better alternatives. I for one have never taken anything other than Hydrocodone and Morphine in the realm of narcotic analgesics, so I can only go off charts on the web and my own experience, which tells me that Morphine provided greater relief than Hydrocodone after a nose surgery I had done several years ago. If you're able to I'd encourage you to talk with your doctor about this just to see what s/he recommends... And as far a...

According to the FDA's website there is no shortage, so what's going on? Has anyone been able to locate any? accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/drugshortages/default.cfm ## Well I still can't find any in my area. This is ridiculous. It's been a long time and they should have them in stock now. My pharmacy doesn't have a straight answer for what's going on and when they will be available. If anyone finds any in Michigan-suburbs of detroit area Plz say if u have found any ## It takes a while for drug shortages to show on the website. If the Manufactures are still changing the labels from when it was reclassified, there isn't a shortage. It also takes more than one area to report a shortage before it is listed and it depends on who is doing the reporting. Also just beca...

I go to the CVS ON Encinitas blvd. In encinitas. They stock qualitest. It's right off the 5 by 2 blocks. The qualitest is on the FDA diversion list. Go to the CVS stores near you personally and speak ONLY to the pharmacist. Some will order it for you. By phone they ALWAYS say they don't stock it. A lot of work but you have a reliable pharmacy after that. ## This is just a reminder and I'm not sure of the Calif state laws governing Schedule II meds. They may be tighter than Federal Law. But, Norco and all other Hydrocodone Combination meds will be moving to a Schedule II later on this year. That means that the same restrictions that apply to Schedule II meds will also reply to these meds. RIght now, Norco and other hydrocodone combination meds are Schedule III. Schedule II ca...
