I know this person has feet ankles and back problems. How worried should I be and what are the side effects ## Well, how worried you should be is rather subjective, for instance how far do you belong in their business? Are they putting you, or others in danger, or just themselves? These are prescription drugs, so have they been prescribed for the person, or have they been obtained illicitly? The tablet with the 4810 V on it contains 5mgs of Oxycodone, which is a narcotic analgesic. The tablet with the WATSON 349 on it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mg...

I recently switched pharmacies. Previously, I was taking 5mg IR oxycodone with the boxed M on one side and the 0552 on the scored side. With the new pharmacy, I have the same prescription, only the pills have a stylized V on one side and 4810 on the scored side. For some reason, I don't seem to get the same relief with the new pills. Is this just in my head? It seems to me that 5mg of oxycodone is 5mg of oxycodone, and it doesn't much matter what the inert filler is and who packed it together. Does anyone know if there is any difference depending on the manufacturer? ## Yes, there can be a difference. The FDA does permit there to be a different between the name brand and a generic up to as much as plus or minus 20% of the active ingredient. They consider this an acceptable thera...
