what is this pill ## i found some pills in my daughters room that i would like to indentify. it is a white capsule shaped pill with the imprint of PH 073 ## I had to look these up too. Then found the bottle in my cabinet... they are Premier Value brand, Chest Congestion & Cough Relief, Dextromethorphan HBr 20mg & 400mg Guaifenesin. ## The identification that Mother of Dreams has provided is correct, though the name they are sold under may vary, since these are sold as generics or store brands. Dextromethorphan and Guaifensin are used to treat congestion and symptoms associated with cough and colds. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth and throat.
