I went to the hospital for a cis on my buttocks under my skin they sliced a tiny hole on it to drain the puss out. It was suppose to go away with the antibiotics that the hospital gave me but a year later it still leeks like it's still there the hospital charged me around 600 a visit I went three times for this problem never going away. Sorry about the tonsil problems, I suffered from tonsillitis for many years, so I know how miserable it can be. As to Ampitrexyl, it listed as being a natural antibiotic product, not an actual medication, so there is no proof that it will help with an infection. I started taking ampitrexyl less than 24 hours ago for an abscessed tooth. I started my first dose with two 500 milligram capsules then I took 1 capsule every 4 hours ending with a total of 2000 milligrams for the day. I woke up this morning with no tooth pain and plan to continue for the next three days taking 3 500 milligram pills so 1500 milligrams. I will take one capsule every 8 hours for 3 days. Ampitrexyl is actually an over the counter natural product that's claimed to treat bacterial infections, but as with other supplement/herbal products, this hasn't actually been proven. If you do have an infection, it would be best to see your doctor for a proper antibiotic and not rely on this one. Infections left untreated can become systemic and life threatening.
