My doctor has prescribed Telma H for maintaining blood pressure. It was changed to Telma 40 but did not give a full explanation why. On the net I have seen there is Telma AM as well. my age is 33 years i was suffering from high blood pressure from 3 months i used tablets named corvadil and also telma 40 but my bp was high as usual then doctor adviced me losar h after using this tablet my bp is normal but i am feeling giddy. ## It's used for high bp n any kidney disease in adults ## It can cause some dizziness and drowsiness as side effects, according to the U.S. FDA. I am diabetic. Had bye-pass surgery ten years back. The medicine prescribed for BP was cardace 2.5mg plus seloken xl 50 which was keeking my blood pressure under control.
