Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea and constipation. ## what drug can be substituted for the recalled Darvocet 10-650? ## Unfortunately, there are no real substitutes for Darvocet N 100; the medical establishment through no fault of their own, tells people to try this one or that one etc. This medication was for mild to moderate pain, and the reason it was popular was that people took it who didn't want a "high", it allowed them to function, and it relieved their pain.(my opinion).
