sir i m using nurokind next tablet from last 15 days. I have shoulder pain near spinal cord. Is this medicin good for me to cure my problrm??? ## Hi swati, Nurokind reportedly contains 500mcg of Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12), which has been recognized for helping nerve related disorders in those who are deficient in this nutrient.
