I broke my Tib/Fib bones above right ankle 10 months ago, had them set, cast for 3 months, followed by 6 months of pt, and now home, but pain still presents it self when I bare weight on right leg. Take water aerobics three times a week to help healing, but pain persists, Doc prescribed Tramadol HCL 50 mg tabs, but had no affect after a week of taking 3 times a day. Now he prescribes me Hydroco/Apap 10-325. While it puts me out of my mind, can't function on computer to sleepy to work, the pain is still there. Took this med for a day, took two days to get it out of my system. ## Hello, Chris! How are you doing? I take losartin am & pm. I take 25 mg. I accidently took 2 at the pm time. What will happen. ## Hello, John! How are you? Did you experience any adverse symptoms? Generally, if you just took one extra tablet it isn't going to have a very large effect. Your blood pressure may go a little lower than normal, but this medication does take time to reach its full effect in your body, so for any severe issues to occur, you'd usually have to take extra regularly for several weeks. However, if your blood pressure and heart rate did start to go lower than normal, you may experience some dizziness, severe drowsiness, trouble breathing and if you do, then you should seek medical attention. Is this OK? ## Hello, Deb! How is your mom doing? No, these tablets should not be cut. Potassium can be very irritating to the stomach and GI tract, so they are coated to release slowly over time to help prevent that. It would be best to speak to her doctor about prescribing the lower dose tablets. Stomach pain is the most common side effect, as listed by the FDA.
