This pill is oval, 10 mm in length and 5 mm in width. The color is pink. On one side is embossed with lettering of G102. This could be a medication given for our dogs but I am not sure. ## I believe the marking on the tablet in question was actually E 102 and it contains 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is used to treat hypertension and certain cardiac conditions. I found a small light yellow round pill with K 102, scored one side and blank on the back. I was taking Lisinopril 20 mg V 3973 and it was changed to Lisinopril 20 mg round E 102. They are from different companies. Is there a big difference between the 100 mg and 300 mg pills? I’m currently taking 2 100 mg pills 3 xs a day (600 mg total) for a forearm injury but don’t know hos much a difference it makes between these 2 pills.
