It is used to treat anxiety, nervousness, and insomnia, though there is no actual proof that it works for such conditions. The FDA does warn that it may cause dizziness, and drowsiness, in some people that take it. I have tried it in the past, for insomnia, and it did seem to help, for a few weeks, but then stopped. Does anyone else have experience taking this medication?

I purchased this product from our Walmart. It does say "for leg cramps" on the bottle! However, it should say it's a laxative. I took two around midnight... That's when I had the first one and two later my stomach started bubbling and about an hour later... I was woken up due to leg cramps and the runs. This pill is misleading. Be careful taking it. ## This is a homeopathic remedy that is claimed to help with leg cramps, but of course, such claims have not been proven. As to the diarrhea, yes that is possible, as well as the indigestion, and flatulence. And there is never anyway to know how any given product will affect anyone that takes it. I have some pills that have been in my pill box a couple months, and I cannot remember what they are for. Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. If so, this is a homeopathic product and they are not evaluated for side effects, as is done with actual prescription drugs. I have taken it myself, for insomnia issues and found that it helped for a short period of time and I had no side effects from it, but everyone is different. I'd advise reading the label thoroughly and checking with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you try it.

Cannot find this pill anywhere and i wanted to know what it is exactly. The story is that they came from a doctor in Chinatown... I live in Seattle, WA . One side of the pill is blank, the other has a capital HC on the top half, divided by a split mark (so to easily break the pill in half)- and the numbers 1402 on the lower half.
