Hi, I've been taking Dulan 30 mg for the last 7 months, taking one daily sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening or sometimes before sleeping. My problem is my shoulder and neck pain, but in 2007 I had a panic attack where I used xanax and cipralax tablets. When I use Dulan i feel well but then I forget one week and start 20mg after two weeks. I go my orthopaedic Dr in karachi he said u start again, so I started but sometimes I don't face any tension and I'm very confused. One day I took no tablets then felt pain in my head and weakness.
