I'm on Opana IR 10mg but have been throwing them up bc I've been sick & have issues swallowing. The doctor knows this but still... I may have a routine u/a test. Im prescribed oxymorphone hcl er 5mg but also took 2 generic percocet i think oxycodone 7.5 because the opana doesnt help. Ive had 8 back surgeries & every disc in lumbar region are herniated, spinal stenosis, & arthtritis in the joints. My question is will the percocet show up the same as the oxymorphone. I took an Opana on Saturday night around 10:00 or 11:00. I have a urine test the next morning at around 9:00. But before the urine test I drank about a gallon to a gallon and a half of water and urinated three times before I submitted the test. Will it come back positive? I am a really active person and have an above average metabolism. ## The half life of Opana is roughly 7-9 hours, so the odds of it showing up first thing in the morning are pretty high, given the time you took the pills and how long they may have taken to release their effects in your system (i.e.- whether or not you took them on a full stomach). Went for my 3 month follow up and near end of appt. Dr. showed me my urine test and accused me of taking Opana and Morphine sulfate at the same time. I have been on Morphine sulfate for years but it hasn't been helping much anymore. Dr. prescribed Opana. As soon as I filled it I took what ever Morphine Sulphate I had and stored it away. I never touched it. When the Opana ran out 3 months later and I went to fill it the pharmacist said it would be $900.00 because I fell in the donut hole. I'm on SSD. I am taking a standard 10 panel urine test tomorrow and have been taking hydrocodone for stitches for the past 4-5 days which I was prescribed. I am highly allergic to codeine and morphine. My pm dr did a urine drug test on me and sent to a lab and it came back positive for both however, I have not taken codeine or any form of it or morphine.
