I have the 2mg white bars xanax on one side 2 on the other side. My problem is the pill is like smaller way smaller any ideas. It says everything a reg one says, well the white xanax ones. I have a X|ANA|X 2 XANAX 2 mg bar with a big 2 and with a little 2 and says xanax on both bars 2mg. Can you tell me which 1 is fake a which 1 is real. I do know the fake one has a sleeping agent to make you sleepy but doesn't have the same affect that the real xanax 2mg bar has. My xanax is long yellow bar. With a symbol like a r or L 039. Is this an xanax? Different manufacturers looks different. ## Usually the bottle will answer your questions about that particular pill. You do have the bottle? Sounds like 2mg Xanax ## Eddy is correct, the tablet in question contains 2mgs of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax. And yes, the way a medication looks and the markings on it can be different from one manufacturer to another. They are all required to use unique imprints to enable them to be identified and traced back to them in case of an emergency, but there are no particular guidelines regarding the shape and color, that is entirely up to their whit and whim. I have a xanax bar/white that says p309 printed on it.i tryed looking it up but cant find it.is the pill real? ## I didn't have any luck finding this pill either. Determining if the pill is real would depend on a host of factors, like where you obtained it from or if the pill possibly is real and it's not showing up because it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, etc. I tried searching different variations of the imprint, such as; PA 309, R 309, E 309, and a few others that don't bring up a match. You may have more success if you take the pill to your local pharmacy to see if any of the workers recognize the imprint. Hope this helps.

My friend showed me some pills she got that are supposed to be 2 mg Xanax. They are white rectangle with the imprint G3722 on I side and no scores/lines on the other side. What strength are they as opposed to the blue 10mg version? Whites being 2mg? ## With any pill, and learn this as it is VERY important! The color of a pill means nothing. I have seen a lot of white Xanax(?) bars that look exactly like the real thing. Some friends of mine ordered them online, they came in a script bottle! My M.D. prescribes mine, but they ARE marked. Def my fav of the sticks, except the yellow ones. I've been taking this medication for over 14 years and yet to EVER have a Name BRAND STICK, so I cant compare any generic to it, but I've had name brand .25 .5 and 1mg. To be honest I like the sandoz generics better than the name brand ones. Dava 2mgs are a good generic as well. So I think a name brand stick wouldn't be that effective either compared to a dava or sandoz. Right? ## I always get the 2 mg bars with Xanax right on the back. Or the Circle ones from Walmart. got yellow xanax bar with 3 slits to make 4 parts, kind of fatter than normal bars with slightly round edges. I have never seen one like this and nothing comes up in pill identifier. They (drug companies) make generic 2mg bars that come in white, yellow and green (the green ones only break into 3 little squares instead of 4 like the other white and yellow, but it's still 2mg too).
