Has anybody heard of M 30 oxycodone being reformulated? My mother has been on oxycodone for quite a while now and recently had an rx filled and had a few M's that almost instantly swell up and turn into mush when she takes them. I have some A 51 30 mg oxycodones and noticed that they turn a yellow/green when damp.
