I have always taken Xnax or Alphrazolam . They were always the same peach. Change insurance and went to CVS. This pill is yellow oval with 106/S. I never felt I took a pill. I just got Alprazolam 0.5 mg that are oval, dark pink and the company is BRECKRDG. Been on them 6 days and they are NOT HELPING MY anxiety/depression at all!!! Very agitated!! I have taken Alprazolam for months and not had any major problems with its effectiveness. Mylan by far worked the best. But now with Aurobindo brand I feel like I’m taking a "sugar pill". The prescribed dose is 2mg as needed up to 4 times a day. The first day I took all 8 mg, despite not filling them until 5:00 pm. I didn’t sleep that night at all and the next day took just as many, with a tiny slice of relief from my anxiety. Usually I don’t take more than 2.5mg- 3 mg a day. I am suffering sleepless with psychological disorder..... that time I was consulting a psychiatric doctor... then I was told to the doctor about my sleeping problem.... he suuggested ALPRAX 0.5mg... from that time to present day varaku minimum 5 pills taking to sleep... maximum 10 or more pills I was taken sometime... now I have a very big doubt... this is Right or Wrong.... ## Have no doubt, this is very wrong. I am 35+, female, and have recently started trying for conception. I used to take alprax (alprazolam) for anxiety and sleep disorders and it is been months since i left taking those. My fertile window starts from today and i took alprax .5mg yesterday night, as was not able to sleep durong night from last 3-4 days(i forgot about the possible side effects and fertile window approaching)... My concern is, when should i start trying for conception to ensure that one tablet does not affect the fetus in case i conceive in this cycle... should i miss 1-2 days in this cycle ? the Alprazolam 05 are ALWAYS peach color they messed up last month and gave me white ones, they changed them to what they were suppose to be but this month they are yellow and they got them from the same mfr. I have been taking Lonazep + Alprazolam since 2011 for the treatment of mental stress, anxiety and also sleeplessness. Both, I am taking daily at night before sleep in the doses of 0.5mg each. Now it seems that 0.5mg of Alprazolam is not effective for the purpose of sleep disorder.
