watson349 ## There is no Vicodin that comes in that high of a dosage. This tablet is a generic for Vicodin, that contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. They normally come in 5mg 7.5mg and 10mg. Anything more than that isn't going to be hydrocodone more than likely, even the apap or acetaminophen which is normally the second number following the mg is never that high.
