I have not seen any white oblong pills with Watson 653. However, a white oblong pill imprinted with Watson 853 reportedly contains Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (325 mg / 10 mg); used for moderate to severe pain. The pills are normally yellow oblong. When he got last script filled on Monday they gave him the Watson 853. He has complained of stomach upset and they aren't effective with his pain . Does watson carry this same pill as I believe that this is good old Maalinkroft and any pill they have is next to taking a 325 asprin. ## No, that manufacturer, as listed in your post is Endo Pharmaceuticals, the E is NOT a Mallinckrodt marking. The marking is actually E 653 and it does contain 30mgs of Morphine CR, a generic for MS Contin, this is a 12hour time released formulation. This is a very potent, narcotic analgesic.
